Refund & Return Policy

At Curer Lab, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

3. Returns for Fenbendazole and Similar Products

We accept returns of Fenben and similar products within 30 days, provided the product is unused, sealed, and not tampered with.

❗ Used or opened products cannot be returned due to safety and compliance standards.

4. Non-returnable Items

  • Opened supplements or health-related items

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Flammable or hazardous materials

  • Downloadable software or digital goods

  • Gift cards

5. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The product shows signs of use

  • The packaging is missing or damaged (not due to shipping)

  • The return is requested after 30 days and accepted as an exception

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your card issuer or bank — refunds can take time to process.

  3. If still unresolved, email us at support@curerlab.com.

Exchanges

We will replace any item that is defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, email support@curerlab.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit once the return is received. If the gift was sent to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to them.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

International Orders

We ship globally and accept returns from any country. However:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and international return shipping are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • All standard return conditions apply.
